Pride March (SA)

The SA State Emergency Service will be marching in the 2023 Pride March Adelaide on Saturday 28 October, and is encouraging volunteers and staff to join either as individuals or in unit/team groups.

Participants will need to meet at Wauwi/Light Square at 5:00pm. The march will loop from Wauwi/Light Square, going through Morphett Street, Gouger Street, Tarntanyangga/Victoria Square, King William Street and Waymouth Street then back to Wauwi/Light Square (view the map).

SES is planning to gather at a different location before 5:00pm to assemble the SES team before the march.

Participants are encouraged to wear SES uniform (dress blue or orange). You can also wear rainbow patterned items of clothing with your uniform, such as rainbow epaulettes, rainbow ribbons, rainbow masks, etc.

More details about where SES personnel will meet, vehicles, decorations, and more will be sent to participants prior to the march via email.
