Official Launch of the New South Wales Chapter of Pride in Law! Come and celebrate the official launch of the NSW Chapter of Pride in Law! The NSW Executive Team have been busy little bees these past few months, pulling together a launch event to merit the fabulousness of our Pride in Law members! Who are we? Pride in Law is Australia's National LGBTIQA+ Law Association. We are 'Law Focused, Pride Inspired' - a non-political association, aimed at connecting LGBTIQA+ members of the legal community and their allies. Since launching in July 2017, Pride in Law has seen considerable growth initially in Queensland, followed by Victoria, Western Australia and now New South Wales. Event details On 20 March 2024, we will be celebrating our official launch at the Banco Court of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. The evening will feature addressed by our esteemed speakers, Justice Richard Weinstein and Justice Jeremy Kirk, followed by a celebratory reception. The details of the event are as follows: Date: Wednesday 20 March 2024 Arrival: 6pm for a 6:30pm start Venue: Banco Court, Level 13, Law Courts Building, Queens Square, 184 Phillip St, Sydney NSW 2000 Dress: Business Tickets: Members - $40+ booking fee Non-members - $50+ booking fee Subsidised tickets are available for First Nations people and those experiencing hardship.
