Hi gay!
Waverley Library is calling all members of the LGBTQIA+ community and allies who are interested in reading and discussing books with queer themes and representation.
This is a great opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, engage in meaningful discussions, and discover new books and authors.
Queer Reads meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month in Training Room 2 on level 1.
The reading list for 2024 is subject to change due to availability but the propsed list is:

- Library events may be photographed, and images used for promotional purposes on Library's website or social media.
- If you do not wish your image (or the image of your child) to be published, please notify staff before the event.
- Do not attend the event if you are feeling unwell.
- If an event is sold out, no tickets are given out at the door
- If you join a waitlist, we will contact you if a ticket becomes available.
- If you are no longer able to attend an event please, cancel your tickets as soon as possible. This will enable others to participate in the program.
