Australian Deaf LGBTQIA+ Party 2024- VIC

The Australian Deaf LGBTQIA+ Party 2024 is a social event organized by and for the Deaf/HoH LGBTQIA+ community. It is financially supported by anonymous donors. To attend, you must buy a ticket to come to each event. You can either buy:

1. One ticket that includes entry to both events (Saturday night and Sunday lunch).
2. One ticket for only Saturday night
3. One ticket for only Sunday lunch

All Deaf/HoH/d/Deafblind LGTBQIA+/Queer community members and allies are welcome to attend. Auslan interpreters will be available, and while allies are welcome, the focus is on the community. This event acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woiwurrung people who are the Traditional Owners of the land on which Darebin stands. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We pay our respects to Elders past and emerging. 1. Australian Deaf LGBTQIA+ Social Night

What: A fun social evening with drag/ cabaret performances or two from our community. Stay tuned to find out who! Where: Francesca's Bar | 222 High St, Northcote VIC 3070 When: Saturday 4th of May Time: 6:00 pm sharp until late Ticket Price: $10 Note: This is an 18+ event. This is a partially wheelchair-accessible venue. Full information is available in our access guide. The venue is reserved from 6pm - 8pm. After that, it will be available to the public to join as well.

1. Australian Deaf LGBTQIA+ BBQ

What: A fun lunch and afternoon social event. Where: The Railway Hotel - Windsor | 29 Chapel St, Windsor VIC 3181 When: Sunday 5th of May 2024 Time: 12pm - onwards Ticket Price: $20 (Includes a meal of a salad and/or sausage. Vegan and other dietary options included) Note: Under 16-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult or guardian. This is not a wheelchair-accessible venue.
